Policies, Rush & Custom Orders

⚡ Rush Order Policy

Rush orders are accepted based on availability. Rush fees cover priority processing, expedited materials, and schedule adjustments. Rush fees are non-refundable once processing has begun.

💰 Rush Order Deposit (Mandatory)

All rush orders require a non-refundable deposit equal to the rush fee + specialty garment cost before any materials are ordered.

This protects both the customer and Covenant Creations by ensuring materials are secured before production begins. No materials will be ordered until the deposit is received. Rush deposits are non-refundable.

🚫 Right to Decline Orders

Covenant Creations reserves the right to decline any rush or custom order at our sole discretion.

Acceptance of a rush or custom order is not guaranteed. Factors including but not limited to availability, timeline feasibility, design complexity, and garment sourcing may affect our ability to fulfill a request. We will communicate promptly if we are unable to accommodate your order.

🎨 Custom Order Policy

We LOVE bringing your vision to life!! Please read the following before placing a custom order:

• All custom orders require a design approval before production begins.
• Once a design is approved, no changes can be made.
• Custom orders are final sale — no returns or exchanges.
• Customer is responsible for providing the correct size, color, and style at time of order.
• Covenant Creations is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer after approval.

💳 Custom Order Deposit

All custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit before materials are purchased. Remaining balance is due before pickup or shipment.

🚫 No Materials Ordered Without Payment

Materials (DTF transfers, specialty garments, rush shipping, etc.) will NOT be ordered until the required deposit is paid. No exceptions.

This policy ensures that Covenant Creations does not absorb out-of-pocket costs on behalf of the customer prior to payment confirmation.

⏰ Abandoned Orders Clause

If an invoice is not paid within 48 hours of being sent, the order is automatically canceled and any deposits paid are forfeited.

Covenant Creations reserves the right to cancel any unpaid order after 48 hours without further notice.

🚫 No Last-Minute Changes Policy

Once a design is approved and materials are ordered, no changes can be made.

Please review your design carefully before giving approval. Once production begins, we are unable to accommodate changes to design, size, color, or style.

👕 Specialty Garment Fee

Specialty Garment Sourcing (V-neck, specific brand, specific color not in stock)	+$7.00–$10.00

Specialty garments not in stock require a sourcing fee to cover local purchase, travel, and time. Availability of specialty garments is not guaranteed.

💵 Non-Refundable Rush & Specialty Fees

Rush fees and specialty garment fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

These fees cover time, travel, priority scheduling, and materials already secured on behalf of the customer.

📦 Turnaround Times

• Standard Custom Orders: 5–7 business days
• Rush Orders: See Rush Policy above
• Turnaround time begins AFTER design approval AND required deposit is received.
• Turnaround times may vary during peak seasons and high volume periods.

👥 Customer Responsibility Clause

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and responding promptly to payment requests to avoid delays.

Covenant Creations is not responsible for delays caused by late responses, incorrect information, or failure to submit payment on time. Orders will not be held beyond the 48-hour invoice window.

👨👩👧 Friends & Family Policy

Friends and family receive the same professional service and pricing as all customers. Discounts are not automatic and are offered at my discretion.

Covenant Creations is a professional business. Knowing the owner personally does not guarantee discounted pricing, rush exceptions, or special accommodations outside of standard policy.

💰 Payment Policy

• Full payment or required deposit must be received before materials are ordered.

• All sales on custom and rush orders are FINAL.
• Rush fees and specialty garment fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

✅ Standard Items

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Exchanges accepted for size or color subject to availability

🚫 Final Sale Items — NO Returns or Exchanges

• All custom orders
• All rush orders
• Sale or clearance items
• Items marked “Final Sale”
• Digital downloads

⚠️ Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item.

We will replace or refund at our discretion. We stand behind the quality of every item we create!! 🤍

❌ We Do NOT Accept Returns On

• Worn or washed items
• Items without original tags
• Custom or personalized orders
• Items returned after 14 days
